Dr. Garcia’s commitment to excellence in patient care is reflected in his outstanding results. He has completed over 2,000 operations, earning accolades for his exceptional performance in plastic surgery.
Dr. Garcia completed his undergraduate education at the University of Florida, a consistently top university, and often recognized as the #1 public university in the country. He then received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Health Sciences, where he rotated throughout multiple Chicago hospitals including Cook County Medical Center, a world-renowned trauma facility, along with the esteemed Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
Upon completing medical school, he joined the University of Miami general surgery residency, where he completed his internship. Throughout his training, he was recognized for his honest approach and careful attention to detail.
He earned several awards and accolades, including "Outstanding Intern of the Year," an award given to the highest-performing intern throughout the entire hospital system. He completed his general surgery residency at Kendall Regional Medical center, a nationally regarded level I trauma center where he graduated with nearly 2,000 operations to his credit.

Dr. Garcia then went on to the University of Minnesota Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship, where he completed a three year fellowship mentored by many award winning plastic and reconstructive surgeons.
Dr. Garcia's commitment to staying at the forefront of his field led him to dedicate a final year to honing in on aesthetic surgery techniques. He was accepted to an Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgeons endorsed fellowship in Delray Beach Florida, a position that only 30 plastic surgeons nationwide were selected for.
During this year, he was mentored by leaders in the field, focusing exclusively on aesthetic and cosmetic surgery, along with the latest, cutting-edge non-surgical modalities.
After a rigorous nine years of surgical specialization across the country, we are thrilled to welcome Dr. Garcia home to Fort Myers with his wife and two sons.
