Cellulite Treatment – Fort Myers & Cape Coral

Are you frustrated that you can’t get rid of cellulite, no matter how hard you try? Here’s a fact that may surprise you: cellulite in not a fat problem, it is actually caused by factors outside your control. Cellulite is a structural problem below the skin, which is why surface based treatments simply do not work.

CELLULAZE™ is the only treatment that attacks the structural problems beneath the skin that cause cellulite. A laser procedure performed by Dr. Garramone, CELLULAZE is clinically proven to release the fibrous bands that cause dimples, reduce fat deposits which create lumps and increase the thickness of the skin by 25%. Patients benefit from just one CELLULAZE treatment with a smoother and healthier look that lasts, as well as improved skin elasticity.

Aging, hormones, genetics, and weight fluctuations all play a role in cellulite, that dimpled uneven skin. Those who have thin skin experience worse cellulite than those with thicker skin. There are tissue bands present below the skin surface that stiffen, giving the fat in-between no room to move, pushing it out into the skin. The CELLULAZE laser fiber levels out those bumps while simultaneously treating the dimples by releasing the bands and stimulating collagen, which increases your skin elasticity by nearly 30%.

What to Expect During Cellulite Treatment
Before the CELLULAZE procedure, you will be given local anesthesia, as you will be awake during the procedure. Dr. Garramone will mark the areas to be treated. The laser fiber will then be inserted under the skin. You may feel light pressure during the procedure as each area is treated. The procedure should take around 1-1½  hours.

What to Expect After Cellulite Treatment
Bruising, discomfort and small amounts of fluid leaking from the incision site may occur after the procedure. Patients will wear a compression garment for 6 weeks after the procedure. In just a few days you may resume your normal activities, and in a few weeks you may return to more strenuous exercises. Continued improvements may be seen for 3-6 months.
